Notice of Proposed Rule Rule No.: 61A-5.0106 Purpose: To specify the requirements and conditions by which a holder of a quota alcoholic beverage license must notify the Division of inactive status of the license or request a waiver of operation requirements applicable to the license subject to the restrictions in section 561.29, F.S. https://www.flrules.org/gateway/View_Notice.asp?id=21953542
Notice of Proposed Rule Rule No.: 61A-5.0013 Purpose: Section 6 of Ch. 2016-190, Laws of Florida, amended section 561.422, Florida Statutes, to clarify the applicant entities eligible for issuance of a temporary alcoholic beverage permit and the conditions of eligibility pertaining to certain applicant entities. Proposed Rule 61A-5.0013, F.A.C. is intended to amend the current rule related to the application for a temporary permit to promulgate form updates that are necessary for implementation of the amendments in law and to eliminate obsolete, redundant, or unnecessary rule language. https://www.flrules.org/gateway/View_Notice.asp?id=21954027
