DABT Rulemaking: Cigarette-Related Electronic Database System (EDS) Updates

The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco published notices related to potential rule changes following the signing of Senate Bill 1966. The new law, amongst other things, requires that certain reports relating to the transportation or possession of cigarettes be filed through the Division’s electronic data submission (EDS) system.
