ABT Rulemaking: Expendable Retailer Advertising Specialties

The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has proposed changes to the rule governing what advertising specialties may be sold by beer industry members to vendors. See the most recent update to 61A-1.01010 below.
