Alert: DABT License Renewal Deadline (March 31, 2025)
Many vendors and distributors of alcoholic beverages regulated by the State of Florida are facing a March 31, 2025 deadline to renew their licenses. Information on the deadline, how to renew, and who is covered by the deadline is below.
Vendors and distributors of alcoholic beverages in the following counties are subject to the March 31 deadline: BREVARD, BROWARD, CHARLOTTE, COLLIER, DADE, DESOTO, FLAGLER, GLADES, HARDEE, HENDRY, HIGHLANDS, INDIAN RIVER, LEE, MANATEE, MARTIN, MONROE, OKEECHOBEE, PALM BEACH, POLK, SARASOTA, ST. LUCIE, and VOLUSIA.
Please note that all licenses not renewed within 60 days of expiration will be cancelled by the Division unless the license is involved in litigation or an administrative action. Click here to learn how to renew your license after the deadline (“delinquent renewals”).
Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco licensees and applicants are required to create and maintain an account with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s online system.
