Beverage Law: Providing exemptions relating to the purchase of alcoholic beverages from manufacturers by vendors; authorizing certain manufacturers who possess a vendor’s license to sell, transport, or deliver alcoholic beverages to specified vendors under certain circumstances; authorizing craft distilleries to sell, transport, or deliver branded products to specified vendors under certain circumstances, etc.
