This Spring, the Florida Legislature passed a pair of bills that grants restaurants in St. Cloud and Kissimmee (both in fast-growing Osceola County) more business-friendly requirements for special food service (“SFS”) licenses. With this new legislation coming into effect, now is a good time to reflect on all the jurisdiction-specific laws that apply to alcoholic beverage licensees in Florida.
