Florida's Indoor Workplace Vaping Ban Takes Effect

As of July 1, 2019, vaping in enclosed indoor workplaces is generally no longer permitted, similar to the smoking ban Floridians passed in 2002. The Florida House of Representatives’ full analysis of the implementing legislation is included below.
